Veterans United is a special Mortgage Vender, who helped my Wife and I purchase our home very easily.
I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to other veterans. The overall loan process was cumbersome and slow. Documentation requests were made piecemeal rather than gathering all required documents at once. It seems the underwriters were not fully aware of the necessary documentation for loan approval or denial. Overall, the process was challenging and difficult to endure.

Sometimes, additional documentation is needed after underwriting begins to clear or confirm conditions, but that doesn’t make it any less stressful to go through. This was the easiest and least stressful way I could have imagined purchasing my first home. My team was absolutely amazing, and always made themselves readily available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. 10 out of 10 would gladly use Veterans United every time.
