This is my second time working with Veterans United and while buying a home can be very stressful at times VU helps walk you through each and every step. Not only do they help establish your loan but they also help by selecting a preferred realtor who can meet whatever needs you my have. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about my experience or VU in general.

Josh Kittle – Loan Officer
I had many questions about my loan estimate and later my closing disclosure. Josh Kittle appeared to be very annoyed at my questions and gave a great impression of despair whenever I call to ask question about things that I did not understand. I felt that Mr. Kittle would rather not have me as a client.Because of this, I sought counsel on a decision to have a new loan officer assigned. I finally decided against that decision due to the timing of my scheduled closing.Mr. Kittle was lackluster in providing me with the necessary information to close my loan. I resorted to other sources to get the information needed to close my loan. In other words, had I relied on Mr. Kittle’s efforts, I would not have closed.Jesse Edwards – Loan Specialist
Jesse Edwards was pleasant to work with however; I did not have much interaction with him. This is because many of the questions that I had, he cold not answer. This forced me to have to call Josh Kittle for 95% of the question and issues that needed to be resolved. Many times it appeared that Mr. Kittle was ignoring my call when he saw my name appear on his caller ID.Nina Eacker – Loan Coordinator
Nina Eacker appeared to be very unprepared when I spoke with her about issues that she was assigned to resolve. She was rude to me and to my Real Estate Agent. I stopped calling Ms. Eacker due to her rudeness and inability to answer my questions.Kandice Schultz – Appreciation Coordinator
Kandice Schultz was very pleasant to talk to. She was knowledgeable of her assigned duties and was very proactive in accomplishing her assigned tasks.Although I had the above experiences, I would still recommend Veteran’s United to other prospective homebuyers. I would just like to recommend that this team read the book “Raving Fans” by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles and apply the principles of customer service from that publication to future client engagements.

I bought a home with the VA once before, the experience of buying a home through Veterans United was seamless in comparison. I write this as I'm sitting in my new home, my daughter is sleeping in her room, and I'm wiping the tears from my eyes because I can not believe that this is real. I had very little hope that I would be able to buy a home, VU encouraged me to try and they made it happen. I am forever grateful.

I think Veterans United has done an absolutely wonderful Job getting us into our new home. They created a smooth and stress free process as first time home buyers. The technology platforms made communication absolutely smooth. I am very grateful to the entire Veterans United team and look forward to many more opportunities in the future! You guys are awesome!

Even if you have less than great credit, VU will work with you to give you the best possible chance of getting your own home!

Great experience! Very easy to work with. Everything was completely explained and all questions were answered. So very glad I was made aware of Veterans United. Would highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone.

This was so much easier than we ever thought it would be. We kept putting off calling to start the process of buying our home. Veterans United made it so easy and held or hand every step of the way. Never thought it could go so smooth. If you are on the fence, don't be. They have your back and make the process super easy. They are #1 in our eyes.

This was the worst experience in my life from day one. After we were halfway through the process it became common for mistakes on their part. I had to constantly talk with Josh regarding him adding on additional cost to my loan without explaining it to me. Only when I brought it to his attention was it corrected . I felt that as a veteran I was treated like nothing. Please don’t use Veterans United. There is little to know transparency. Very disappointed right up to the closing day.

Wow! Where do I begin… Just blown away! I feel blessed to have worked with such truly amazing caring professionals. My loan officer Shawn Glover, bless her heart. She was stuck dealing with a veteran who has bad anxiety issues and depression. It’s like she knew me personally, she knew what to say, how to say it, and was always spot on! She led her team in a way that they could flourish on there own but if she needed to step in and calm the situation she would do so immediately. Our fur baby had got out when we had constant snow for 2 days, needless to say I was a basket case. She offered her support talked about her own experiences with her dog and was genuinely concerned. Our fur baby did come back on the 4th night. So, if your a veteran or ANYONE looking for not just someone but a group of people who genuinely are about your experience and can walk you through step by step in this CRAZY housing market, PLEASE look no further…. Veterans United all the way! And Shawn, Thank you! from the bottom of my heart. May God bless you and your family! Saul

The crew was very helpful in getting our loan done and processed.

Do no hesitate you will be happy at the end plus there is no closing cost
