I never felt uneasy during the process even as a first time buyer with minimal knowledge. The process to buying a home is definitely a wild roller coaster. It had its up and its downs but with such an amazing team that worked close at hand with my realtor, not only did they get my family into our new home, but they helped me look for the cheapest and easiest route! I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions. The reassurance and constant communication from the beginning eased most of that tension. Once the process started moving along I got more confident in my choice. I was a bit skeptical of some work history, health related related situations on my end that would have impacted negatively - which did not be the case in the end. Having a chance to not only obtain permanent housing for myself, I did with the hardwork accomplished to get there. I hope every Veteran that is serious about owning a home get the chance to do so. Was by far the easiest thing to buy our home with Veterans United with my VA Loan. They are incredibly efficient and made the entire process so easy. They're great communicators and are the web portal was so easy to use and all of my loan packet was easily accessible. 5/5 stars. They really take care of us veterans!!
