We had the most amazing loan officer and team that made our dream become a reality.For starters, Matt Eichenberger was our loan officer. Let me say, he should be acknowledged for his expertise, customer service, thoroughness, attention to detail, communication, integrity and honesty.From the start, we discussed our goals, our financials, asked a ton of questions about a variety of aspects from beginning to closing. Matt took his time to explain in detail so we understood. There was never a time where we felt like anything less than a priority. We touched base weekly (some days we daily) to get updates, go over questions, or anything that requires a further discussion in a text or email.For being a first time homebuyer that did a FSBO and not using a realtor, Matt’s knowledge, understanding, and experience made this process seamless. I can’t praise him enough. If you have an opportunity to share these surveys with him or to take a moment out of your day to share a difference he made in the Sensabaugh’s family life, it would make our day.
