My veterans united team not only made the process of buying and closing on a house the least stressful thing compared to other horror stories i hear from other mortgaging companies but they also in the process helped raise my credit score by 65 points in the process i couldnt be happier and if i have any future purchases it will definetly be with them
It took over a week to resolve an employment issue before the underwriters decided to listen to what I was saying about the unique situation regarding my employment. This drug out the closing to the last minute.

I have tried in the past to purchase a home and finally with Veterans United I was able too. My experience with them was easy from start to finish. Ok now where do I start. My initial start with Vets United was a little rocky with the first loan officer and I was ready to jump ship, but then my home broker told me about the loan officer that helped her dad purchase a home before his passing. With one call I had all my files transferred on to BEN CHOI!!! Yes his name is in all caps because this guy is the GOAT!!! When I tell you no phone call went without being returned, no question asked went without an answer, and all the individuals on the team moved like synchronized swimmers so effortlessly. This experience was undoubtedly the most stress free when especially buying house if you could imagine. I would recommend Vets United to any veteran out there who wants a streamlined purchasing experience with great and knowledgeable customer service. Ben Choi and his team are who you need on your six.
