I got frustrated with particularities and changes/extra documentation due to underwriters and having to redo stuff just because some time had passed. I feel like if I got through it pretty much until days before sale with the first house it should require to be reviewed by a new underwriter every time.
I enjoyed it. Takes me back to basic training - tell you what to do, do it, get results.
