Bill and his team are the only reason my family and I are in our new home. I was embarrassed of My credit history as well as job history and I found a different lender who would only go off of my husband's background which is much cleaner than mine. That other lender was falling through on promises left and right. But because of Bill and his impressive follow up, he never goes up on us, we were still able to buy our new home!!

This home buying process was a nightmare between the realtors and sellers and to be honest I was ready to give up. But because of kollin king doing such an awesome job and going above and beyond the call of his duties I hung in and he honestly busted his butt getting this done. Even on his own time.

I applied for my loan while still living on Guam! From application to closing, with the help of a POA to sign my documents, everything was done for my convenience online and handled quickly! My team, Cooper, McKenna, and Carolyn worked tirelessly and took the time to answer all of my questions! I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in.
