I would let people know that obtaining a VA loan for a home is time consuming. It was over 2.5 month long process, but I've never used a mortgage company before. So that may be a normal time frame.Overall, I'm happy with the servicing and now can enjoy home ownership.

From beginning to end I felt like I was kept in the loop. To begin with, the app is the best. Everything is always there and available for review. Communication with Melissa was always great.
