The loan team was very helpful and patient. We had a little hiccup with a past mortgage but they helped even when I was ready to give up.
We were informed every step of the way in the loan process and appreciated the fact that all of our questions were answered promptly and there were no surprises along the way. Kris, Sarah and Courtney sent us the nicest housewarming gift. This was our fifth home purchase over the years, and we have never received a gift from the lending team until now. It was less than a month from start to finish and closing took less than 30 minutes with no issues!
