The team at VU has had my back the whole way and made my first home buying process seamless. I run a business full time and don’t have much time the team at VU made buying my house stressless was able to text and email for most of it which worked out amazingly for me. If I could rate you guys any higher than a 10 I would. VU should buy lunch for the team I had give them a vacation day. Definitely will use you again for next home purchase and will tell everyone about you. Special shout out Bettina Kidd for remembering me from the year prior when I was trying to buy my other house and making feel like I matter and I’m NOT just another number. She did a amazing job. 2 extra vacation days for her. 👏

This is just a phenomenal company especially for Active Duty Military folks like myself. From this point forward I will only be using Veterans United for all my home buying needs. I have heard horror stories of people buying houses...although it was frustrating at times with knowing what kind of documents you were looking for it went pretty much without a hitch. I commend every one for the job they did...from the first time I filled out the registration to the signing of the house.

I’ve been told UV is one of the best, now I believe it. You guys help in every step of the way and help with problems that I couldn’t do by myself.
Brayden was great. Honestly deserves a bonus or raise for sure. I'd probably have lost my mind if it wasn't for this whole team and I'd be a liar if I didn't say the first person that would come to mind when I needed help was Brayden.

Overall the house buying process was good with a few areas of improvement to include communication, clarity between VU staff so as to alleviate unnecessary an unwanted stress.
