The phone app was simple and easy to use and I was able to complete a majority of my tasks from it. My Concierge, Mykene, informed me of everything that was available to me and where to look on the app to find all the services I would be needing while moving in. I had been away from family for 40 years. I had been thinking of moving home for some time. I retired from the Navy in 1998 and stayed in Virginia Beach after that. The crew with Veterans United and Patricia Irby made a dream come to life and I'm home in the Shenandoah Valley in beautiful Stuarts Draft Va. with my family and best friend Maxwell B. Dawgie the German Shepard.
Overall I will say the process was easy. Signing everything electronically and being able to upload all the paper work was very efficient and simple to do. They made sure everything was together for us for underwriting and rushed it to them for our situation.
