All things went smoothly until we got to the RMA. It consumed a couple weeks getting what was required, signatures, etc. and we ended up going past our deadline to close. That was the only frustrating part trying to get this part done. Once completed and handed over to the underwriter in which then handed it over to the VA for review took another week. I wish that process was a bit faster.
