The resources and information are outstanding and really made the transition very easy. Our loan specialist was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Really made a stressful event very easy for my family and I. Any assistance or help we needed he was always there to help and assist and consistently check on me to make sure I was in the right track. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Do your homework, of course, but know that you will be in great hands. Our experience was seamless and their expertise surpassed everyone else whom we considered. They were patience but timely when they needed to be and prudent with their information and consultation. Everyone and everything went very well. It’s a stressful time and they helped ease that stress quite a bit.

If I have to be honest there were a couple of people who tried to “steer “ us into a different way, we went with our gut instincts and chose Veterans United and would do again and again! I know not everyone has the same experiences but we only hope someone has the same experience we did. And no matter what others say trust yourself and your family’s instincts not all negative reviews define your decision!! But as far as our family goes we couldn’t be happier with choosing this company! The process was smooth, fast (in our time of course choosing a home etc) and they worked so well with us and listening to what we wanted and were looking for and hearing our situation etc and most companies do not do that and that was super important to us . And as a veteran it’s best to go with a company that knows how the Va. loan works and how it’s handled and it helps that they have realtors who know them as well! We can’t express our joy and happiness enough and our appreciation to this company and our team thanks so much for being amazing!!!

Hire more knowledgeable loan officers or at least hire people who give a damn about putting families in homes, not your commission, not your numbers BUT THE VETS WHO SERVED FOR YOUR FREEDOMS AND THEIR FAMILIES!!!!!!!
