Everyone was amazing, Jayme, Brice, and Lani we’re always available and went above and beyond! 10/10!!!

Thank you veterans United, all those that were a part of my team, for making this dream a reality.

I never ever thought I’d be buying a home. Especially not as a 100% disabled veteran and single mom. Veterans United made it happen and I couldn’t be more thankful. My daughter and I love our home and cannot wait to make memories. Thank you times a billion ❤️

You guys made every step of this process as easy and stress free a possible. Thanks for helping me become a homeowner.

I highly recommend Veterans United to every veteran looking to purchase their home. Our team was proficient, organized, and professional every step of the way. As a veteran this kind of structure is much appreciated and hard to find out in the civilian world. Thank you all!

The Veterans United team was there all the way. Made this experience seem like it was meant to be!! Walked through my new property this morning, it still feels like a dream I can't believe is true!

The home buying experience is stressful but Veterans United made it much easier. They were prompt and everyone was super friendly. Everyone was professional and helped us out The only negative I have is that we were charged the max amount allowed in closing costs. I don’t have anything to compare it to but that was my only concern.

I’m happy that I chose VU for my home purchase.

Outstanding.

Kudos and a bow for superb services.

Shane was very helpful and we appreciate everything he did. We will recommend him Always.

Veterans United is the best option for Veterans that want to purchase a home. Team Work Made our Dream Work!

If I said we jumped though hoops it would be an understatement. 4 months of anxiety , confusion and ultimately depression. Terms continually changed during process.we agreed to pay seller more than selling price so no money down would be needed only to have to again pay more for the home because terms changed and there would still be more money down. We were even blamed for the loan coordinator..Kate having a breakdown over the stress we caused. The moment we can refinance though another lender we will.
Response from Veterans United
Hi John,
Thank you for providing these details around your loan experience. Your experience does not fit our intention of providing personable and attentive service to everyone we serve. It is imperative that we look into your comments further as a potential training opportunity. We are glad that in the end, you were able to obtain home loan financing. Ultimately, it is appropriate to consider how loan approval guidelines are developed and maintained. The discretionary aspects of the loan process can at times provide needed flexibility. We appreciate your perspective and invite you to contact our Client Advocate team directly to continue the conversation.

Amazing Job!
