We were pre-approved for $500,000! Bought a house for $360,000 and almost everyday from contract to closing we had to send some document to close! Seems to be very little info sharing and communication between VU, Under Writer, and attorney! The first realtor we got Mr Beckworth was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met! He actually used the restroom with door open while showing a home. He lied to us and was basically a waste of time! Katie then got us with Mrs Hulsey, thank goodness because she is awesome and was a great buffer for all the BS that we had to go through with VU! VU made a stressful process of buying a home more stressful! Katie and Mrs Hulsey were the only reasons we didn’t go to another loan company!
