Brad was wonderful to work with and picked up the slack doing things and explaining things that should have been done by my realtor. I would work with Brad 100 percent if I was to buy another home down the line.
When this all started, I had no idea what I was doing. Alex did great at keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout the beginning and middle. The only problem I had was that again, I had no idea what I was doing or what the process was. I was hoping to get regular updates, but the weeks leading up to closing, it was difficult to know what was happening. Either way, it all worked out. Alex and his team did a great job of getting me through it for the most part. I will always be grateful.
