Being knowledgeable and professional are things you expect from a company and VU delivered easily. What I truly appreciated though was how personally invested everyone on my team seemed to be. We can't say enough about Veterans United!!! It was so easy from start to finish. Aaron got us pre-qualified in no time & got back with us right away so we weren't left guessing how we did. Katie Hayes and her team were ALWAYS in touch with us making it easy to navigate the web site which is super user friendly, from submitting the information our Loan Officer needed to staying in touch with us on a timely basis keeping us informed when they needed something.
They made it easy every step of the way and made us feel valued and valuable. Their integrity at Veterans United is uncompromising and truly does care for the Veteran and you fell honored by their genuine concern for doing their very best for you, the Vet!

Veterans United made what should of been a very stressful experience really easy. Very good communication.
My experience with Veterans United was nothing short of perfect. I reached out after starting a new job and was put in contact with a wonderful loan representative within a day. I was prequalified and offered an agent within two days, and I was touring homes with said agent within a week. We were fortunate enough to go under contract within a few weeks, and my VU team was there to help me every step of the way. I couldn’t thank VU enough for helping me and my family find, and secure, our forever home.
I have tried a few other Mortgage companies but Veteran’s United is so much more thorough, responsive, informative and reliable. Great rates and excellent staff, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend them.
