There were multiple ups and downs through out our loan process. The government shut down did not help. Im not sure if it was the loan team or the underwriting team, but our blood pressure stayed high. Im sure individually they were great, but there were multiple times that someone we needed to speak to was out of office and times where documents had been submitted multiple times and still requested. Also times where agents would only speak to Jacob even though I am a joint buyer.

Veterans United Home Loans was absolutely the best decision I have made. The team I worked with was phenomenal and always more than accommodating to my requests and strange work hours. They were there to reassure me at all time when the daunting reality of home buying got the best of me occasionally. Always timely and always a pleasure to talk to. Every person that worked with me was very friendly, compassionate, and positive. I could tell they were hard workers and had a love for what they do.
Overall my experience was beyond exceptional. My home buying team was amazing all around. From my Realtor Dylan and his team, loan officer Aaron, loan coordinator Christy and Dez our concierge. No, I would not recommend it to anyone. It was extremely stressful, too disorganized, poor communication, not enough information given, and very confusing to go through . I was recovering from a surgery and they made the stress from that even worse. I had a fainting episode and had to go to the hospital again during this period of waiting for everything to go through.
