Overall, my first home buying experience was not efficient because communication was poor. There's a lot that goes into buying a home and I would expect your lenders to be more proactively informing their buyers.. especially when you use the name "veterans" in your title. That implies that you raise your standards to serve those that have already served you and you definitely do not...at least for me you didn't!

Veterans United are really great to work with for purchasing a home. I just closed on a home and been working with Veterans United for a couple times now. He is amazing, always answers our questions in a timely manner, is really great a communicating all aspects of the loan process, is friendly and makes sure your home buying process goes smoothly.
