My experience couldn't of been nicer, easier or better. Tyler & Micheal were very good at helping me through all the procedures & paperwork signing (with DocuSign). They went over everything with me every step of the way; I could call, text or email them anytime to ask a question if I had one. They kept me continuously informed of the progress, and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns along the way. Couldn't of went smoother

Craig Anderson and his team did an awesome job putting our loan together. Craig ensured us that he would walk us through the entire loan process. If we needed assistance with explaining documents or just getting updated status checks, the team always responded within a reasonable amount of time. My loan has already been sold off, also my loan was changed during the process further delaying the closing. Apparently these people had no idea what they were doing.
