VU makes it so easy for VA loans and they understand the BAH shifts and nuances that come with a PCS that other lender do not based on previous experiences.
It is hard not to be personal in writing this review, so I won't even try. My entire team was professional, courteous, and compassionate. What can be shown on paper is that their expertise was top-notch and enabled me to get a home in less than 6 weeks. Between the lines and all the documents and sheets of paper, my entire team genuinely cared about me and my situation.
Though I mentioned how significant getting a home would be, I don't think my team will ever understand the depth of what they did for me. I was adrift and alone for so long from one loss after another over the years. Veterans United and my team stepped up, picked me up, and stood beside me and supported me the whole way. VU just didn't help me get a home, they gave me my life back and made me whole again.

My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily.
