The process for buying a home was not as grueling as I thought it would be, and I believe a lot of it had to do with the Veterans United team.
I’ve always heard horror stories of the housing buying process but Shawn and Zach made the process seem less and fast. Best service I could have asked for.
Though it was long and arduous Johnny and Katlyn were a blessing.
Craig Anderson and his team did an awesome job putting our loan together. Craig ensured us that he would walk us through the entire loan process. If we needed assistance with explaining documents or just getting updated status checks, the team always responded within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Craig Anderson to any service member who needs a home loan. Let him help you get qualified and approved.

Very straight forward and simple home buying process for a first time home buyer. They made the process easy for us to understand and communicated every step of the way. They even sent us a gift basket including toys/treats for our pup that we only mentioned once! As a 68 year old Vet having never using my VA loan benefits before, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect...sure glad Bobby Moss answered the phone when I called in. He made the whole experience worry free & walked us through everything. Agent was always gone. I would email, she would never answer and when I asked why she said rudely, "I can have time off you know".
