Once the VA accepted the house I wanted and within my pre-approval it went fast. Jeffrey,the realtor, and the loan team was fast. Once the seller accepted our offer, we are in our new home 30 days later.

Since I used Veterans United I have now told every vet I know to not use this conglomerate organization, that really does not care about vets. I had a loan officer lie to me through the process and requested a new one. I made a complaint but yet the complaint department told me I did not know what I was talking about as well.

I cannot thank Veterans United enough, especially Ian Reed, for all the help I was given. I would like to single out Ian especially for working around my hectic schedule, fielding calls at odd hours, and entertaining some of my more odd questions. He was available via phone or text anytime that I needed him. He truly went above and beyond!

We bought a condo back in 2021 with Ashley Khederian and everything was great. However where she really shined is the time of this review. We decided to try a VA loan through Navy Federal Credit Union because that's my main bank and I figured it would be even more streamline. How I couldn't have been more wrong. We have been looking for a long time for a cabin in a forest for like a year and half and finally found a property that checked all the boxes. Everything was great but the sellers needed to get a pre-approval letter to move forward. A week went by and the realtor said there was a couple more people coming to look at the same property and the pre-approval letter was no where to be found from Navy Fed. They kept saying it should be soon it should be soon. Getting frustrated I reached back out to Ashley and her team and they got a pre-approval the same day..... compared to Navy Fed (an approval did finally come in from Navy Fed 2 week).The process was simple and smooth because of Ashley and we got our dream place because everything is streamlined and efficient. If we didn't go through Ashley we probably would have lost our dream place to someone else and been stuck in Las Vegas in the 120 degree heat during summer.So I definitely can't stress this enough. If you have a place you really want don't go shopping around because if time is of the essence big names like Navy Federal might let you down
