Overall solid. Had a better time with the buying agent vs the selling agent but .500 isn’t bad.

I wanted someone else for my loan coordinator, but I was forced to use her even at the end when I asked 3 times for someone else.I found nothing was explained, I was forced to repeat actions over and over. It reached the point that I almost walked away from signing for the house. If I hadn't needed a house ASAP I would have walked away when I found out she was still on my case when I was signing papers

As a 68 year old Vet having never using my VA loan benefits before, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect...sure glad Bobby Moss answered the phone when I called in.
