I highly recommend Veterans United for home loans. I previously purchased a home before but my experience this time around was much more informative and far less complicated thanks to the Veterans United team that assisted me. They not only walked me through the loan process, but helped me find a qualified realtor, inspectors, movers, and transfer of utilities. Their online customer service site was also available easy to use and process paperwork along with links to get information about the home loan/ buying process. Veterans United Home Loans are a 10 out of 10.

Matt and Lynn were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire refi process. I provided Matt with a timeline for when I wanted to begin the application and he was the consummate professional with follow up and working with my schedule. Matt provided me with available options to lock in my interest rate for 60 days when I expressed concerns about changes in fed policies and market rates. Both Matt and Lynn went the extra mile to ensure that all of my concerns and questions were addressed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Matt, Lynn, and Veterans United again in the future!

VU should not limit itself to what appears to be limited resources. The underwriting was absolutely worrisome, and obnoxious to me. Even once paperwork asked for was submitted, it wasn't enough they bothered me for more of questions that had been answered. Alternate underwriting should be available. I didn't appreciate my interest rate increasing after a short span of settling on house, and the only reason I'm given is, it's the market. I absolutely believe it was due to purchase price reduction no matter what yall say. Also VU should be willing to price, or loan match once a prospective offer has been shown, & that is without an actual signing with another competitor. If a competitor supplies a prospective offer, on legal letter head mind you, that should be proof enough. All n all, you've taken a chance on me, & as God strengthen me, I will make sure you don't regret ur decision.
