2. Be sure the veteran knows what he/she is expected to pay after a signed contract. This needs to be enumerated.
3. Make sure the veteran fully understands his/her closing costs, without a surprise change.
4. Do whatever you can to educate throughout the process to relieve some of the anxiety.
5. Finally, if it's in your power to do the right thing; then just do it. (Prov 3:27)
