Veterans United truly made my home buying experience great.I appreciate the dedication and hardwork for the veterans.I am so happy with my new home.Thank You

Adrienne Fleming also stayed in contact with me and kept me updated through every step of the way. I also told her of my busy schedule and remembered the times I told her that I would be available to contact me. To me, it felt more personal that she did and showed me that she pays attention to the small things like that. Very appreciated!

So thankful for the team and all there support. Would highly recommend Veterans United based on my experience. Thank you for everything

They kept me well informed and lead me through all my refinance was easy and quick

Same as all others ...just felt like there was no "soft" conversation it went from zero to 100mph real quick. Again not saying I would have found better elsewhere ...and I am 100% happy with how things turned out but alot did feel forced or car salesmen like

Process was not explained. Felt like we were kept in the dark on what payments would be and interest rate until the very end. James Vance was good about calling back and answering questions. Also, had to find records that we had in storage. Not given a list of everything that needed to be submitted up front, so I felt like I was duplicating items sent and caused a lot of stress.

They have concluded most of the work and research Etc making the process much easier

Definitely a Veterans benefit that is achievable with Veterans United.

I appreciate very much the knowledge, skill, and concern shown to me by Ms. Megan Crocker and by Ms. Michael Quinn. I also was helped once by Mr. Jared Burke, who was also quite professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. It does get complicated sometimes! Both of these ladies were ready with answers when I was at a loss to try to understand exactly what was needed from me. Veterans United is an example of a company whose employees know how to assist one in getting through the many, many details needed to reach the goal of refinancing. I am sure they are terrific at getting a VA loan for anyone wanting to buy a house and I know from experience they are terrific for someone such as I who wanted to refinance. I recommend them highly.

This company makes buying and refinancing a home process very easy to understand step by step. Seth is able to answer all questions and help make sense of what is going on all the way to final closing.

Do not use this company if you want your loan closed in a timely manner. Expect to send the same information multiple times and then be told that you didn't send it at all.
Response from Veterans United
On behalf of all of us here at Veterans United, we want to thank you for providing honest feedback around your loan experience. Jarediah, we value your patience and commitment in sticking with the loan process. We know well how it can feel to resolve numerous underwriting requests as required for the VA benefit. If you would like to review these with our team, then please reach out to one of our Client Advocates to discuss.

Thank you Veterans United for the stress free home buying process. The process, communication, and friendliness of the loan team staff was second to none! This is our fourth home purchase, and by far the most streamlined process compared other lenders we have used. We would definitely use again, and I highly encourage others to use Veterans United! Thank you for a great experience!

I would recommend them to any veteran looking to purchase a home.

After having mortgages with multiple companies I am now a repeat VU customer. The process and people the first time around was so good I came back the next time I needed a loan and it was still the same quality experience. Large loans are stressful enough without a pestering loan specialist. Veterans United understand the VA process and took most of the work out of my hands and put it in their own. I will never use a different mortgage company.

Stephen did great however I had several issues with The other worker. Many times they waited until day before scheduled closing to look at the paperwork to say that they needed something redone where I was forced to extend my lease with my apartment for the month
