Even if a builder or realtor, ‘recommends’ to go with an Inside lender- DO NOT! Veterans United, Haley and Nate and the rest of the team keep the other folks up to par. They also kept the builder and seller and from doing things that might ‘skip corners’ at your expense. Well worth having this team in your corner.
Veterans United is all about helping the veteran in getting a home. If you are not familiar with the home buying process, then this company, especially Kris Carmichael and his team, are the way to go. They will stay with you and guide you through a ton of paperwork, but will make it seem like nothing. A very professional team!!

In the past I have tried to use my VA Home Loan and was forced to go with higher conventional loans, due to perceived or actual administrative overwhelming requirements to gather with limited time. My first time buying a home and going through the VA over all was a pretty smooth process, would have been better if there was more verbal Conversations other than everything being sent through email, I’m old-school and prefer to speak over the phone not sit on my computer and read emails all day.
