The technology they employ online and through their app felt very efficient. I especially liked the "to do" checklist, it is extremely helpful to keep track of any task you need to complete. Another great feature that I liked was the video resources. It can be a stressful process if you are always worried about everything like I am and the videos on the website / app help you feel informed about the decisions you need to make. While a VA process is not as fast as a standard purchase for a home, the process didn't take forever. Every veteran knows how the hurry up and wait is, though Justin and his team kept me from blowing my patience.

Once we started down the road to closing, Zach broke things down and his team took care of everything we needed. I would get a text when new documents were needed or ready for me to review.
