Veteran United made the home buying process easy. We never felt like the process was stressful because the myVU portal was easy to use and kept track of all of our documents and steps. There was never any doubt about what documents we needed or when we needed them. Our advice would be to take advantage of all of the videos explaining each step of the process. This was extremely helpful for our first time purchasing a home! Make sure you provide the documents your loan officer requests in a timely manner and ask all the questions you need to feel comfortable, everyone we worked with was super friendly, helpful and always explained everything in detail.

My entire team was amazing. I needed my hand held through this process (figuratively) and they did it. If I had a question, they were there to answer it. When I was confused about what state I wanted to live in, they gave me options. When I was confused about what city, they gave me options. The whole process was as painless as possible. Considering I have a hard time about making up my mind. They walked me through my anxiety about the process. I will only go through this company from now on.
