App is easy and convenient to use. Loan application went smooth. However, I do not feel I was taken care of properly, once I Accepted to proceed with loan, communication stoped drastically and my questions and concerns were not adressed properly nor in a timely manner. Other loan companies offer better customer service, the only reason I completed loan was because I was in a rush, and did not want to start process al over again.
