MY LOAN TEAM, JOHN PARKER DID AN AWSOME JOB KEEPING ME IN THE KNOW, ASHLEY PANTALEO HAD EVEY ANSWER I NEEDED, MARTY OETTING THE CREDIT CONSULTANT KEEP ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WITH MY CREDIT REPORT AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. THE HOLE TEAM WAS FAST AND PERCISE WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK. I RECOMMEND ANY VETERAN WHO IS UNSURE WHAT THEY WANT OR KNOWS WHAT THEY WANT GIVE VETERANS UNITED A TRY THEY WON'T DISAPPOINT.
Kyle Kroll was attentive and responsive once it was understood that we value personal interaction and not just an interminable and frustrating task list. In spite of the things that frustrated us and the 4 months it took to refinance, Veterans United did what they said they could and we never felt manipulated or mistreated. Would likely recommend but would definitely let others know what to expect.
