I never thought we would finally get to our goal to start the process. We worked with the lighthouse program to get our credit scores were they needed to be. Once there. a starter pistol and we were off! The process was fast but so easy. The app was fantastic at keeping us on schedule with all needed paperwork. The entire team kept us up to date and moving along and once we found our home everything was in place, the deal went through and 3 weeks later we closed. Fantastic experience!

What can I say about my loan specialist Hanna Schwartz. She was awesome from the beginning to the end. First off it was so easy to work with her. She was always available to answer questions. I'm a first time home buyer and I was so fearful and confused but working with Hanna eased all my worries away. She always kelp me updated with everything throughout the whole process. Even when she got sick she was still on point. I will be recommending her to everyone that I know.

I had a lot of stipulations and not a lot of home buying experience It took 8 months to finally close and I had a total of 3 realtors but I am happy with how the experience ended up so far I would recommend to other veterans
Was disappointed because there were multiple repairs needed And I thought the seller was covering the closing costs as a result And we were gonna get some cash to help get these repairs done I didn't know he was covering half That was a HUGE knock down We don't have the funds needed to make these repairs We were counting on that $5K 2% How can I find out if there's enough equity to help with these repairs? Thank you

The loan team overall were very good. The last week led to some raised tempers because of a slow moving appraiser, sometime the team could not control but they were able to overcome when necessary to ensure I closed on time. For that I am thankful
