There were several complications with documents being completely wrong like disclosures for my military/veteran status. I don’t know who writes those but yeah.
I would definitely recommend VU to anyone looking to purchase a home. We had some unique issues pop up with our home purchase, but Joe and Alyssa from VU were right there with us to guide us through!
This was the 2nd time we have gone through the VA for a home loan. This process using VU was far superior to what went through in the past. I would like to say all of the team was fantastic, but especially Chris and Carly.
the only thing I would add is I would have like to had a little more updates on how things were going and what ws going on as far as the process goes more on a personal level be a first time buyers I think it would ease the mind a little more. But over all 10/10 great job and thank you all so much for our new home.

The team we worked with was absolutely amazing. This was our third home purchase using a VA loan and they were by far the best we've ever worked with. They worked really hard and were even able to get us to closing ahead of schedule (at our request). They took it upon themselves to take care of things I had to do myself in previous purchases which made our transition from overseas back to the states much easier.
