It’s all about money and not slowing down to listen to the customer. I should’ve went with my realtor’s recommendation. This loan officer DID NOT LISTEN to what I requested and everything was more than expected the entire way through. Veterans shouldn’t be treated as guaranteed money.

I work night shift and the whole team was very efficient and willing to work with my hours of communication. Everyone was very professional and kind through the entire process, even once it was complete with congratulations and follow up checks.

Over all was a different experience. Had some really high highs and some low lows. My first go around just felt more like a used car salesman pitch almost, but Ryan took over and sealed my deal with a realistic mortgage. I would recommend VU to anyone but I would tell them to stick it out

Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I'm a retired reservist with 28 years of service in the Air Force and as we say in the Air Force "Aim High" you guys have really accomplished this.
The whole team has been a joy to work with. First from buying our house to the refinancing process. They answered all of questions. Can thank you people enough.
