I was living on the streets when I called the vet center in Kona. A fellow veteran working there told me about his living in a condo in Kona. "How did you swing that, I asked"? Veterans United was the reply. I'm sitting here in my new home now, only a few months from the loan approval. Veterans United. Give them a chance to help with getting your own home. Veterans United made the process so easy. Even at the beginning they set me up for success. They work so hard for you. It is great to feel like there is a team working for you during this stressful process. They all went far above and beyond to make sure everything went through. Any Veteran could not make a better choice than Veterans United.
The most positive aspect about my experience with Veterans United was being able to talk with a live person on the phone at any stage of the home buying process. Any messages left were returned within minutes of receipt. The degree of interest shown throughout the process seemed truly genuine. Also, receiving the flag post hanger and the "named" rug were a nice personal addition I didn't expect.
Process was very simple, quick and easy. Being able to do everything vi email and the web made the process very smooth.
