My experience was all positive. There web portal was setup to make providing key documents seamless. Access to my loan team was also very easy; they are very accessible. Email, phone, and text made the process very easy.
Veterans United made the process of home buying seamless and pain-free. They were there every step of the way, answered all our questions and made us feel a part of their team. We are very glad to have them with our home buying process! Superb customer service and overall AMAZING!

I've had a lot of friends that have recently bought a home with other companies and I've heard horror stories from them about getting a home loan. My experience has been nothing but amazing! Brandon and his team are the best! Connie has been amazing as my realtor and I couldn't have asked for a better team! They are 10/10 I highly recommend!
The service I received was precise, timely, and reliable. At no point during the process did I doubt the service I was receiving.
Veterans United is a large organization with a lot of resources but very poor cooperate practices. The overall failure to communicate between the loan team and underwriting team nearly caused my family to lose the contract on our house 24 hours before closing. My realtor told me if I ever use this company again he would not represent me, and I agree. Veterans are better off working with a local bank that cares about people and their homes, who will treat you like a person rather than a number.

When I first started this process, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Our initial Contact was with your Credit Specialist, Brett Peters. ( i believe this is correct). He was instrumental in guiding me through improving my wife's credit scores. Then we were turned over to Daren and his staff. From my point of view, this could not have gone smoother. Even though this has been an activity that began in March, we are now in our new home. We couldn't be happier with everyone we worked with to get us here. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Buying a home is stressful. Even though I am an ex-banker and made home loans in the distant past, the process is still nerve wracking often filled with dangerous land mines. Jonathan, our loan officer, made the process seamless and was often emotionally aware of our stress and worked to guide us with patience and knowledge.
