The staff is very professional, very thorough in handling and distributing your documents to the correct place, is always willing to walk you through what ever you might have questions on and genuinely cares about you getting a home.

It was a good experience working with Veterans United on my re-finance. I received great customer service from my loan officer Suzanne Kelley and her full team. Someone was always available to respond to my questions. I highly recommend Veterans United.

We started working with Veterans United before we started the home buying process to help us get a better handle or idea of our credit. Jill helped us identify those issues and we were able to resolve them and meet our move goal. We had a very challenging home buying experience, but were able to close by our goal close date. The market is crazy and we went through the closing process on two homes within a month and successfully closed on the second home on time! Veterans united moved quickly to start the process with the second home. Our only issue was the lack of communication when signing contracts. As people who are new to the home buying experience, we would have preferred our loan coordinator or specialist walk us through what we were signing to gain a better understanding.

Derek Summerford was our first loan coordinator and definitely does not have the customer in his best interest and does not perform in a professional manner. My recommendation for veterans United is to part ways with derek.Kimmy on the other hand was very pleasant and professional and a joy to work with.
