I was in a sticky situation. My landlord gave me 30 days notice to move out because he was selling the house (I was on month to month rent since I lived there for 5 years). So I called VU and gave them the scoop. They gave me a pre-approval that day. As of Oct 4th I now own my own home. A little over 30 days. If you have your ducks in a row it can be done. THE CHRIS HILL TEAM WAS AWESOME!!! and the realtor they hooked me up was phenomenal!!! Everything went as smooth as smooth can be with the Chris Hill team and my realtor Nichole Kent. Thankyou for an awesome job!!!

I would rate Steve and Tiffani 100 out of 10. Absolutely fantastic working with them!

Great process! Extremely professional and attentive to our needs during the process!

Beginning with Nate Reeves and ending with Kris Ball, my experience has been excellent. I have and will continue to direct people to Veterans United. I honestly don't trust anyone else. Thanks for my beautiful doormat as well.

Use Veterans United to purchase your home. They made purchasing a home as easy and simple as possible, and their team is extremely attentive and timely. I can not recommend Veterans United enough.

Overall a great team to work with! Some hiccups along the way, but that was to be expected, and everything was minor. The team also jumped onto every issue, resolving them swiftly, and that spoke volumes to me about their work ethic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Very helpful! There were a few snags along the way but everything was taken care of and closing was easy. Thanks to our financial team.

This team made our re-finance easy, simple and efficient Well done!!

I would definitely recommend VU to friends and family over and over again. Their website and procedures are the most efficient and user friendly I've experienced. Buying a home is a huge investment and is extremely personal which has the potential of being one of the most stressful experiences of your life. VU and my loan team, Mike Halliburton and Katie Simon, made this experience a positive, exciting and a smooth process. Mike made his himself available at all times, so much so he reached out when I had questions during his honeymoon and on weekends when we needed something!! Now that's a specialist! He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and kept us updated constantly. He also explained everything in detail and educated us along the way as this was our first VA loan. He made this experience a positive one and he would be the main reason we would be using VU again in the future, if needed. Thanks Mike, Katie and team!

They are horrible. They need to pay attention to their jobs and care about almost making 5 People HOMELESS.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Michael, it is important to us that we work hard to provide excellent service and we realize that the home buying process can become frustrating at times. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what we may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. When there are delays in receiving your completed report, and repairs or further inspections are needed, it can certainly cause unexpected delays. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome these hurdles. While Veterans United does not have direct control over the actions of third party providers, it is important that we work together to promote resolution for you. A Client Advocate has been in communication with you and remains availble to discuss how we could have made this process smoother should you wish to reconnect with them.

Overall great experience.
