Not the best lowest rates to have compare with other competitors but the team made up for it.
Team have a good communication most of the time. Till i was close to closing so we got delayed for a week, i will give them the benefit of the doubt and would think that they were busy with others than me. But Loan O was really helpful and showing me alternatives to get the loan. Also, the contact point person was helpful as well. Down side was the wait time for the reply with a set of working hours in a day.
