I would recommend Veterans United to anyone and everyone.
I didn’t have any issue in particular with my loan team but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend VetUnited to someone. Between the AMC that has to be used and the interest rates/costs that are higher I would have to recommend other companies be used.
All the components of the home buying process was made easy by my VU team. I can’t thank you enough for what you all have done for my family. Kylie Shoot was also a big part in helping us establish insurance and home security. She kept in contact with us helping us make our move that much easier. Hope I spelled her name right! Just wanted to give her credit because she was a very important piece to our home owners process. Thank you all!!
For a first time buyer working with Kevin Redmond and his team was a very outstanding and pleasant. I without a doubt will want to work with them again in the future on another home. The experience was above positive at the least. Kevin and his team would do their best to be on top of the game and make the process of purchasing a home as smooth as possible.
We love and appreciate you guys so much!!

I would advise other first time home owners to try to get all documents saved on their computer and check their email often. Also the VU has great quick videos of the process.
The process was long and exhausting. There was many hurdles and there was poor communication between veterans United and my husband and myself. We understand that it is veterans United goal to keep as much off our plate as possible to relieve stress, but with no updates and constantly getting bad news. We always felt lost in this process. Our team did go above and beyond to get us over these hurdles. However, with this poor communication it felt to us like nothing was being done and the ball was always being dropped. It was not until the end of this process that we were told of all the difficulties that came up and what veterans United had to do to get things approved. If we were told of all these difficulties we would have had a much different outlook on this process.
