I was able to move through the process easily. The team profvidied me with guidance and the design of the fron end was very good. The website provides lots of information and your account is easily managed. The one area where they could improve is in creating an application (app) for easier management through a phone.
Started the home-buying process in early February. Got offer accepted on Feb 22nd closed March 23rd. The process was quick and painless. So thankful to have our first home!

Veterans United was fantastic. We closed 28 days after the pre-approval was issued. The online portal makes receiving and uploading required docs super easy. I was notified immediately by email when I had something added to our to-do list and the head of the loan team also sends an email letting us know. Great experience. Veterans united provides a great experience when homebuying. They will work to provide you the best interest rates and also the best service. They will find you the cheapest home owners insurance rates. My only complaint is I wish that instead if being randomly assigned a real estate agent you could be given a list of agents within your area so you can choose whom to work with from the beginning. Besides that working with Veterans United was awesome.
