The process was a little longer than I would think and it took a long time after closing to get the bills that were part of the refi completely paid off. But that's the way the title company did it so it's really no bearing on my loan officer or processor-they were great!! In the end, I feel very free and very relieved for the first time in a long time and I am very grateful for your assistance in making this happen.
I would recommend VU for all vets.
Thank you guys so much for making this such an easy transition!

Working with Veterans United was a delightful experience for me. They keep me informed on every aspect of my home loan process. They answered all my questions promptly and keep me informed every step of the way. If I were to every need to sale or refinance my home again, I would use Veterans United. There is no other agency I would consider dealing with other than Veteran United . You would not be disappointed by using Veterans United for your Home Loan needs.
I would not recommend ur company i think veterans should go to there local bank and see if they handle VA Loans it would b easyier to get things done with someone that is local.I did not like my experience !!
A very good outfit to work with, always communicating with me, never left me out
Veterans United has been the most amazing experience I think any first time home buyers could ask for. They are professional, and always there to answer questions. Even the ones that are small, and may seem silly. They make you feel like you are family, and make sure to keep you up to date on 100% everything. You always hear horror stories about realty companies, and lenders, and loan companies just out for money and not in it for you as the buyer, but honestly this place was family. They will always hold special places in our memories, because without Veterans United, our realtor, and our lender we would not have the amazing home we have today!
I can summarize my experience in two words..
Highly Recommended!!!! it was a truly painless 1st time home purchasing experience...
I want to share my story with everyone. Especially with those who think it's impossible to own a home in Hawaii if you have bad credit. I am very grateful to have met Jason Scott and had the privilege of being able to have been assisted by him and his entire team to make my dreams come true. I started with a credit score of 520 when I first learned about the seminar and wanted to see if it would even be possible one day to own a piece of realty that I have defended when I enlisted in the Marine Corps. So I attended the free seminar at Veterans United. I had questions that I was to shy to ask in front of the audience because of my credit score, that's when I met Jason and explained my situation He answered all my questions. Had an amazing first meeting with him and always made me feel positive about being able to own a home if I did my part. He then pointed me towards the free credit repair program thru Veterans United called Lighthouse and one year later I kept doing everything they asked. Went in to another seminar to see if anything had changed and what do you know I now had the minimum credit score to qualify for a loan. Started the home shopping process and with the help of a very reliable realtor who had the same passion for helping Veterans. Scheduled a meeting with Tim Murray and continued to improve my credit. 6 months later I now have a credit score of 686 and a proud new owner of my own home!! I wouldn't have ever imagined that I would own a home in less then two years. It was all thanks to the awesome FREE programs and seminars from Veterans United. Not to mention the Outstanding service from Jason Scott and his entire team which are like Ohana now. Thank you!!
Its a long process with a TON paperwork. Do not fear, Veterans United will hold your hand during the entire process and make it as easy as possible!
