Veterans United is as easy of a process as it gets with very professional and knowledgeable loan teams. The website makes the entire home buying process super simple and gives you everything you need at your fingertips. I absolutely loved my experience with my loan team through Veterans United and plan on being a lifelong customer and referral sponsor! Thank you again Veterans United!

Our loan coordinator was unresponsive on many of the days we were trying to contact him. We were supposed to close on September the 10th but didn't hear from the loan coordinator or loan specialist that day. They ignored our realtor and us despite us calling and emailing multiple times. We closed on September 15th primarily because our realtor was able to coordinate with someone more senior than our assigned loan team.

I'm very thankful we used veterans united in our home buying process. The whole team was outstanding & we are very happy customers!

I have bought and sold a dozen homes since 1972. It's only gotten harder with each one, since the first in 1972. Jamie and Jared know their craft and spare no effort in getting it done.

Please make sure you have at lease $5,000 to start a va loan. Cost not told up front usually $0 down to us is $o cost, but doesn't include appraisal, earnest money, inspection, Re-inspection if dont pass, closing cash.

I would not recommend Veterans United after buying 2 homes with them. When I bought my first home with a VA Loan It was the most seamless process, when I bought with a conventional loan I became a second class customer.

Wasn’t happy with being told I needed to do a water test three weeks before closing. Feel since Veterans United prides themselves on VA loans they should have mentioned a water test sooner. Went under contract on July 24th with a closing of September 10. Wasn’t told needed a water test until roughly August 24th. Due to the short notice had to spend extra money to expedite the test. Not once did anyone from Veterans United apologize for not mentioning it earlier. Now the first test failed which isn’t Veterans United’s fault, but if I know sooner to do the test could have had the well treated and water tested sooner and more than likely not been delayed on closing.I would recommend just make sure you do your own research on what the VA may require.

Hello James, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar delays. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. While Veterans United does not have direct control over the actions of third party providers, it is important that we work together to promote resolution for you. Our Client Advocate team will dig into your comments and work hard to ensure that we are learning whenever possible the best ways to ensure excellent customer service. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss your experience further.
