The entire process was made easier by my loan team. They almost literally held my hand through the entire thing-which was MUCH appreciated. This was a longer process than I anticipated and all of the checks/balances are strict, for good reason. My loan team really was dedicated to ensuring we met my closing date. I couldn’t be happier with the help/service they provided.

When there were changes I was quickly notified. My agent and his team made me feel at ease.
