The loan process itself was quick and easy, and the MyVU site was immensely helpful to keep track of the loan status.Though our loan was delayed in the close (for understandable reasons), VU was patient and understanding with us, helping to keep us in the loop of where things stood, when documents were getting stale, etc. They were very understanding about us not wanting to waste our time renewing documents until we knew we were going to be closing on the house.Overall, VU made the whole process of buying our first house practically painless, and I'd happily recommend them to any of my Veteran friends who are looking to buy or refinance!
