From pre-approval to closing was less than 50 days. My loan specialist Andrea always kept in contact. Nearly everyday I got a call or email with updates. The process was fast and simple. I could have gotten a slightly better interest rate through my bank but they took their time getting back with me and demanded irrelevant information to get pre-approved. This was my first home purchase and first time using my VA loan. I was always kept in the loop on what was happening and what to expect. If I had a question I got a response that day. Heard back more from Veteran's United than my own realtor. I had a very positive experience and would recommend them to other military buyers.

They only care about themselves, you as their client are absolutely the bottom of their cares. From not responding to you or your real estate agents to constant changes in what they are saying. Please please choose a different lender so you and your family do not have to go through what I did.
