Aaron & his team (Danielle, Theresa, etc) are EXTRAORDINARY!!!! The way they "held my hand" through the process of purchasing my first home is undeniable. Underwriting is a very scary part of this process; however, Aaron would reach out with words of encouragement & let me know everything is working out. The VA process is very intense. Most business days, 2 to as many as 5, response requests were received in my email. And when you believe you are in perfect shape, and received an all-clear, you receive a to-do requesting your previous months bank statement showing ALL SOURCES OF YOUR FUNDS FROM CLOSING. Would have been a keen idea to tell me to move brokerage $$$ in advance instead of jumping through panic hoops!
