The entire home owning process was highly intimidating. I knew from the very first phone call that my family and I were in good hands and I had nothing to worry about. The process was made simple and everything I needed to know/do was answered in a timely manner. My family and I moved into our new home within 30days of contacting Veteran Home Loans.
Seems like nobody talks to anybody when I call someone I have to explain things over and again I kept getting the scene to do after I already did them several times it was hard to get a pen on what final charges were unfortunately they came the day of signing even title didn’t get their paperwork until the day of they usually should get it a week ahead I just didn’t feel like you guys had my best interest of course that’s business. Your company seems overall not organized and I hope I don’t have a lot of trouble paying my mortgage and it gets lost or miscommunication. Somewhere on top of that you gave me a gift basket and a T-shirt that’s way too small Can’t wear it. Thank you very much.

Our decision to work with Veterans United was simply the best due to our personal loan specialist Jimmy Stranz with the help of Josh Carlyon and Ashley Black, or as we call them "The Dream Team"!! From the very beginning we had constant contact with everyone through emails and phone calls and never felt that we were bothering them, which was very comforting when you are moving half way across the country and are already feeling isolated.

The loan specialists, and other personnel, at Veterans United are complete professionals. They are completely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and help you understand everything as they guide you through the process. They are willing to go the extra mile to help get the information needed to get your loan through all phases. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!

My experience with Taylor Deppe and Abbie Schneider was the most positive and professional experience I’ve had purchasing a home. The never made me feel like i was a burden. Responded promptly, with clear and knowledgeable answers. If i ever do it again. I would have to work with either one of them. I will also tell my fellow vets in the area to request either one of them by name.

The Veterans United rate could not be beat without a large buy down when compared to other loan companies.
Having used many mortgage companies this was by far the hardest and most frustrating experience I have ever had. The endless request for paperwork that should have been asked for from the beginning. Asking for paperwork when the received page 1 then asking for page 2 2 1/2 weeks later. Having to obtain paperwork from the military that after multiple phone calls to the military, we were told it was actually VA united job to obtain what they were requesting.
