Too many people to deal with, closing slipped by a week and a half causing me to stay in a hotel for over a week with a handicap son

Having to coordinate with multiple people can already feel overwhelming, and I understand how much harder that was with your closing delayed by more than a week. There were a few times where I had trouble reaching someone about questions. But I believe that to be because it was around the holiday (July 4th). Overall the team did great. We loved that they remembered details about our selves and included them in a great house warming gift box.
