I believe the best thing was the lack of feeling stressed. Great help and communication throughout the whole process. They were there for me to address any concerns and to navigate what turned out to be a more complicated process.
All the things I needed to do were outlined quickly, however, speaking to someone seemed like it took a long time. Not that I expect someone to be at my beck and call, but if someone sends me an email or text at say, 1000, and I respond at 1001, I'd expect to get a fairly quick response. Sometimes I'd be waiting a few hours mid conversation. Just sometimes though.
