I believe the best thing was the lack of feeling stressed. Veterans United and especially the great people working on my loan made every aspect easy and always came off very friendly and approachable. I knew that if any type of question came up, Ryan Herman would be there to answer as well as the rest of the team. You guys made this experience a one-of-a-kind memory for not only myself but my son as well.

Mike was an exceptional officer and greatly assisted our clients through all the ups and downs in the lending process. He helped us navigate through three separate transactions, two of which we had to cancel under no fault of ours or Mike’s. But the final transaction closed and the clients are extraordinarily happy, as am I. Mike is a great asset to Veterans United.

He was still sending me documents at 11pm on a Friday night trying to help me out of an emergency situation, whereas my previous lender took 7 days vacation and came back a week before closing to tell me he couldn't do what Team Mange knocked out in record time!
