I believe the best thing was the lack of feeling stressed. Veterans United and especially the great people working on my loan made every aspect easy and always came off very friendly and approachable. I knew that if any type of question came up, Ryan Herman would be there to answer as well as the rest of the team. You guys made this experience a one-of-a-kind memory for not only myself but my son as well.

Stephen Erickson was an excellent mortgage officer to work with. We’ve worked with him for about three years, and throughout that time he’s been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. He was also very patient as we searched for our dream home. Overall, he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

Mike is dedicated, fast, efficient, and will give you an honest, no-BS answer. He will go above and beyond to make sure things go right. He was still sending me documents at 11pm on a Friday night trying to help me out of an emergency situation, whereas my previous lender took 7 days vacation and came back a week before closing to tell me he couldn't do what Team Mange knocked out in record time!

I couldn’t have been any more happy with my home buying experience with Juliana & her team. I was so lost when I first started looking at homes since this is my first home, but with their help, I feel like I learned so much in the process & never once did I feel like my voice wasn’t heard since any questions I had were answered immediately.
