Only hiccup was needing a proof of life despite having a POA for my spouse. I was told nothing else would be needed, so my wife was unreasonably stressed the day before closing and it was fortunate that I happened to be avaliable.

It was an over all great experience!

The My VU application needs significant improvement. Every time I tried to log into the App I had to do it twice because the app immediately kicked me out. It also would not stay logged in or use Face ID for login. Very frustrating.



I have to say, throughout the entire process of buying my first home I was learning something new every step of the way. I’m glad I had a great team of people helping me throughout the entire process from Adam to Merisa to Andrea. If any veterans out there are looking to buy their first home stress free with tons of helpful advice, definitely give Veterans United a call you won’t regret it!
