Patrick and the team stayed on top of everything and made the whole process very easy. They told me exactly what paperwork they needed, and made it easy to upload to their secured website. They communicated at every turn, and Patrick (especially) was patient with all my stupid questions and allaying my fears. He and his whole team were absolutely outstanding.
