i didn't know if i was going to be able to pull this threw but with my people that worked with me made it much better then i thought it would be and if i had to do it again i would go threw the same people.
I started the journey with a very low credit score they helped me increase my score to get preapproved and then to home ownership. Scott and his team helped me tremendously, easy to work with, and straight shooters; I felt confident with them covering my six.
Amy the loan coordinator is also outstanding. Overall everyone in the Veterans United Team were helpful and a joy to work with.
Brian, Derek, and Nate set the bar high for how Buying and selling real estate should be. These guys can do it all!
I wish I would have went with a local bank that did V.A loans. The process took forever and was very stressful, I would have expected a lot more from a loan company that was wanting my business.

The loan process was very smooth. The very fact that so much paper work was completed and signed prior to meeting with the Real estate Agent and the Title Agent and Sellers was great. The Title Service Agent even remarked that with all that had been done prior to the final signing we would be done much faster then if it had not. The stack of papers she had was about 1/5th of what it would have been. She noted that Veterans United were very professional and know what they are doing in making the loan process easier for all involved. Thank you for our new home.
