The real estate agent that represented the builder was a pain in the ass and hard to deal with. Very unprofessional with our real estate agent many times. Her name is Mandy Knaack.
Mike and his team were amazing to work with and they made the process feel easy and fun. They were prompt to answer any and all questions and they guided us through each step with care.
