VU was very easy to work with. The online portal with "To-Do" list is a great tool to organize documents and submit requests which keeps the ball rolling through the process. I totally recommend using Veterans United!!
Such a great experience from beginning to end!!! Smooth transition from one task to the next! Veterans United handled everything. All I had to do was submit my documents. Honestly it was the easiest experience. Everything was done ahead of scheduled! The loan specialists were always there to answer my questions and guide me through the process. I couldn’t be happier!!
Veterans United will do everything they can to speed up the process but they are dependent on homebuyer information provided to be accurate and required documentation to be provided/submitted quickly. Veterans United will take it from there and you won’t be unsatisfied with the progress.
