Veterans United provided a great home buying experience. I’m so happy that I submitted the initial loan application. That led me to a very professional and capable team that took care of me every step of the way.From the loan officer to the working team, with the insurance agent, the underwriters and the concierge, they were all very responsive, transparent and understanding. I would highly recommend this company. It was clear to me the leadership of this organization fostered a customer focus culture. The employees were happy to work there, that came through at every interaction.
Overall, Veterans United was very helpful in allowing me to secure the loan I needed. they offered a better rate than other lenders.

My realtor Cassandra Reynolds, A1, no bullshit, she did everything for me, let me know how things would go, what to do in certain situations and all. These guys helped me through the whole process and made it SUPER easy on me.
The whole team was exceptional and always was able to help me navigate my first home purchase and without a realtor.

Overall satisfied. I had to move for work but VU made it painless to get a loan and find a cute house in a safe neighborhood. Nothing major to complain about keep doing great things and I hope to never move again so hopefully I won't need another loan hahaGo Bills.
