I asked the same question for over a week and never got a call back. Then I finally got through and not just an answering machine and they told me "they don't know they'll call me back" and never did.

Relocating to a new place is already hectic and coming from overseas makes things worse not being on the same page. Make things worse my closing date was delayed due to someone not inputting my correct last two places I lived and I was told my credit was frozen. I called the credit union and the customer service spoke with the loan officer to confirm what I provided was accurate but still delayed until the correct addresses were inputted. I received documents to sign 5 minutes before closing. Nightmare.
