The whole process from start to finish it’s very smooth, very comfortable. They provide a level of reassurance that I will say it’s not match with any other long team.
Everyone did fine, but when people were out of the office and you got passed on to someone else, communication was not the best on your end, and when the person came back their emails showed that information was not passed between the substitute and the primary. Vacations happen, I get it. There just needs to be a list of something given to the primary, to keep him in the loop.
