I would use Veterans United again

It is a journey, but I love the fact that each one of them were there to answer any questions I had about the computer issues and the paperwork that had to be uploaded and submitted. Made my job less stressful.

Everything was very smooth and painless, i would highly recommend and will do so in the future

I'm content with Veterans United and if I decided to refinance, they will be the first to contact.It was easy to get qualified and the process wasn't stressful. As a veteran, I really appreciated it and the respect given to me. Will definitely work with again in the future!!

When there were problems, as there always are, if the person I was talking to didn't know how to resolved, they got me to the right person and all was resolved.

The team of Britney, Sarah and Ward were a joy to work with. At no time did I feel as if I wasn't a priority to them. If your a Veteran and ever consider buying a home, make sure you get this this group of people to assist you in your process.

Really good organization that works hard, cares about getting you approved and working through the process. This is not just a mortgage company, it becomes part of your family! Highly recommend VU.

Homebuying is not an easy task but veterans United can make it seem that way.

Thank you so much

Thanks for making the home buying experience a very positive one.

Veterans United helped me purchase my home in 2013. 7 yrs later they helped me refinance and got me a lower rate. Thank You VU. We greatly appreciate you all for your support of our military.
Alberto, Mallory and the rest of his team are all Bravo Alpha. They will always have my business. I just wish I could rate them above a 10. Thank you all!!
10+++

Our team at Veterans United was exceptional. As first time home buyers, we had a LOT of questions, which our loan coordinator took time to make sure we were heard AND answered to the best of her ability. The process was long, tedious and super stressful, but our team helped us to continue to see the "light at the end of the tunnel" along the way and now we are owners of a home that is perfect for us!

I give much credit to Jordan the person we spoke with initially. I had contacted a number of companies on this refinance including West Shore Bank, Chemical Bank, Quicken Loans, USAA, PNC, and another lending company our son used. It was the call to Veterans that convinced me that this was the right company. The answers that were given to all our questions were better than any company we had contacted . Having been a contract administrator for 24 years I am often critical of someone that is selling versus someone that is giving information for a decision.by the person with the funds. My journal indicates I started these contacts on May 21, 2021 and we closed under 2 months.

Joel Smith, Steven Chen and our realtor Becky Semling were absolutely outstanding. Answered questions quickly and we were able to get a hold of them or they responded back very quickly every time. Our process with them went smoothly. Rachael Priest was very hard to get a hold of and didn't respond to 99% of our emails or phone calls. We understand that there is many home sales/loans going on right now but our realtor had to step in and help to get answers from her. All in all, we would recommend going through Veterans United, the loan process its self went quickly and smoothly and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. The website was extremely easy to navigate and see what needed to be done next also.

I didn’t ever think I would be able to purchase a home this nice but thanks to Veterans United I have an amazing new home for my family.

I have a good experience with no pressure.
